allows text chat, file transfer, and video as well as access to Talk City's
chat communities. You need to download
the T-C PIRCH program, and install as follows on the next pages.
STEP ONE: Click

to download 1.79 mbytes
STEP TWO:
After
filling in the download
screen
name and email address,
click
to start download.
You
will see a screen like this...
Select
"Save to Disc"...browse
to
C:\windows\desktop if asked
where
to save it.. Click "Save"
and
file will begin downloading
It
may take several minutes on
a
28 K Line.. when download is
complete..
